Capital Stack Structuring
The architecture of capital is as important as its quantity. We design capital structures that appropriately apportion risk and return, optimise tax efficiency across multiple jurisdictions, and create the right incentive alignment between equity investors, lenders and operating partners. Our experience spans senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity and common equity structures, as well as blended finance vehicles.

Syndication & Co-Investment
Our network of co-investment partners includes family offices, institutional investors, development finance institutions and strategic corporate investors. We curate syndication consortia with precision — assembling partners who bring not only capital but also sector knowledge, market relationships and governance capabilities. We manage the process from initial partner identification through to legal documentation and final close.
